Who we are
Blitz Bin Cleaning is the data controller for the personal information you provide. You can reach us at Ryanblitzblast@gmail.com or 07552361984.
What we collect
When you book or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address and postcode, and details of your bookings. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and schedule your cleaning service, take payment, send booking confirmations and day-before reminders, respond to enquiries, and keep records of work carried out. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (booking and account emails) and our SMS provider (reminders). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at Ryanblitzblast@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use an essential cookie to keep you logged in to your account. With your consent (via the banner shown on your first visit) we also use simple first-party analytics that stores a random id in your browser to count visits and see which pages are popular. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and you can decline the analytics at any time.
This page is a general template and not legal advice. Please review it to ensure it accurately reflects how your business handles data before relying on it.
