1. About us
These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Blitz Bin Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") in Hamilton and surrounding areas. You can contact us at Ryanblitzblast@gmail.com or 07552361984.
2. Services
We provide bin cleaning and window cleaning services as described on our website. Regular (subscription) services are carried out on an ongoing basis — bin cleaning after your collection and window cleaning every four weeks. One-off services are carried out on the date agreed.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on our website and confirmed at booking. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices may change with reasonable notice; any change to a subscription price will be communicated before it takes effect.
4. Access
You agree to provide safe access to your bins and/or property on the scheduled day. For bin cleaning, please leave your emptied bin out after collection. If we cannot gain access on the day, the visit may be treated as completed and charged, though we will always try to contact you first.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit, via your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period; we do not provide partial refunds for the current month. There are no cancellation fees.
6. Our guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you're not happy with a clean, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to put it right.
7. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take care on every visit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear, or for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
