Terms & Conditions

1. We clean your bins on the next working day after collection.

2. Bins must be left out after they have been emptied. If the bin has been brought in, is inaccessible, or any additional rubbish has been placed inside after collection, it will not be cleaned.

3. Any debris stuck to the bottom of the bin will be removed, bagged and placed back into the bin. For paper/card bins, we will dispose of this material where reasonably possible.

4. We do not clean bins containing loose pet waste, wet paint, hazardous waste or any other material that could pose a health or safety risk.

5. If we are unable to clean your bin because it was unavailable, inaccessible, contained prohibited waste, or for any other reason outside our control, the scheduled clean will still be chargeable. Payment reserves your place on our cleaning round.

6. Our service requires a minimum commitment of 4 scheduled cleans per bin. Unlike many companies, we do not charge extra for the first clean. If you cancel before completing your first 4 scheduled cleans, your first clean will be charged at £10 per bin. You will only pay the difference between what you have already paid and this amount.
